Frank is the founder of Global Arch, LLC. His primary responsibilities include the overall management of the firm, client relations, and project management. Frank’s main goal is to develop strategic, long term relationships with clients and industry colleagues. Frank is an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The Retail Design Institute (RDI).

Frank's background includes over ten years collectively with Barnes & Noble and Toys "R" Us. He directed the planning and construction departments, where he was instrumental in helping both retailers expand rapidly in their growth to become category killers.

He has a Bachelor's degree in 'Architecture' from the New York Institute of Technology.
